Dan Ashlock Memorial Scholarship in Bioinformatics

This award was established to promote excellence in the Master of Bioinformatics program. The award is being renamed to honour the legacy of Dr. Dan Ashlock. Admission applications received by February 28, for consideration for the fall intake, will be considered automatically for this scholarship. Overall outstanding academic performance in relevant courses for admission into the MBINF program will be considered (e.g. biology, statistics, computer science) along with contributions made to research and the letters of reference that are included with the admission application. This award can only be held once. The award cannot be held with other scholarships of $15,000 annually or greater.

Full-time students entering the Master of Bioinformatics program.
