About the scholarship
The School of Archaeology and Forensic Sciences, University of Bradford invites high-quality proposals from applicants for a PhD studentship tenable for three years from either 1 October 2022 or 1 February 2023.

Eligibility criteria
The Studentship is for UK students who have been ordinarily resident in the UK for at least three years prior to the course start date.
Applicants should usually have a 1st class undergraduate degree or Master’s level qualification in a relevant area (or be completing their Master’s programme), and can be held either full-time or part-time. A 2:1 degree may be considered, if combined with relevant experience or professional qualification.

Payment amount & frequency
Studentships include fees and stipend (living expenses) at the UK Research Council rate. These are currently £4,500 (tuition fees) and £15,609 (stipend) and rise each year with inflation. The studentships may also include limited bench fees (bench fees requested should be justified as part of the application)
